What Working Parents Can Learn from Kobe Bryant

It’s been 1 month since Kobe Bryant’s passing, and here is one video I’ve found to be helpful. Here, Kobe explains that getting enough sleep is important for peak performance. In order to be effective for all the hours we are awake in the day, we need to get at least 7-9 hours of sleep per night.

Yes getting enough sleep is hard with young kids on top of trying to get up to get to work on time. Still, do all you can to prioritize your sleep! Your body needs it. Get enough sleep and you will be able to handle your obligations at work as well as at home.

Give thanks when you wake up each day, because we are never guaranteed our tomorrows. RIP Kobe.
